my wound become infected. got pus coming out. and its not closing well. on antibiotics now.
leg vy pain. swollen ++

today i do junior for 1st team. I was alone. No new staff on duty. I am receiving from HCA. I know she is busy in the morning. But she should at least finish up her documentation.
I asked her to check thru before she go back, she said she checked. In the end when i looked thru, its not done. she always like that. dun like her. she says u help me update la. so few things onli. She asked me to help her update the parameter. and guess for the temp is it? Funny rite?
and also the PN PMS.
everytime when ppl are passing over report, she will take away ur chart do tis and that.
tis whole afternoon i was really busy. My PN pregnant. she did 1st turning with me.
subsequently i do it myself. Not blaming her.
I got 3 pt on hourly to do, 3 of my pt's having diarrhea. I change diapers non stop. my pt's diet is not ordered. Got to order and look for hokkien mee for my PR pt. pt pulled out r/t. 3 pt on r/t. i only go for break at 7 plus.
I feel the morning HCA should stay back and finished up her work b4 she go back.
I dunno wad to say. My leg is swollen and painful.
the 1 who is free shld help around.
One of the staff said that she did turning for the whole ward.
she only came to change my 2 pts. that is when i go for break.
i finished up my food within 15 mins and come out. they sit inside for 1 hr.
I was left alone outside.
b4 i go for break i change 2 pts. one, i change everything including bed sheet. the other 1 change diaper only. I also sponge 1 pts.
sholudnt be calculative in work. but i feel that team work is really important.
shouldnt be racist. only help ur own ppl.
anyway I managed to finish my work and hand over to the night staff.
