Finally my health assessment is over. APN assignment also submitted. 2 downs.
I got Joelle as my assessor. haha.. so lucky.
Chief complaint of abdo pain. In the end my diagnosis are ascites and COPD.
anyway, it's over.
Thanks to u two who continuously giving me encouragement and support, listen to me when i am down without fail. Plan time to meet up with me. Thank you so much. I appreciate a lot.

Time flew fast. My exam timetable is out 8/4/2010 Psychosocial, 12/4/2010 Healthcare management (the most scary one), and lastly, 14/4/2010 (8669) nursing management.
cant wait to finish all this. But i am scared of the results too.
Next things to complete:
8670 test,
Leadership presentation,
palliative mgt presentation, and 3000 words lit r/v,
research proposal presentation and 3000 words written assignment.
After all this, no more coming to sch.
proceed to 1 more month of attachment in amk NKF and SGH
then 2 months on job training.
Finally, graduation!!!!

Finally completed my 4 weeks of attachment.
NUH staffs bully people like shit lo. Don't judge us by our current uniform. I am a staff nurse k! even cleaner also didnt respect us. Student is not a human meh? no dignity?
whoever are the ones, u will get back ur retribution. wait and see lo.
ask politely when u want others to help u in a favour.
3mths old bully Hajar to clear the dressing trolley after she completed her dressing. Is this how u all are thought in sch/by ur sister/by ur hosptal??
yaya for wad? we didnt yaya in front of u guys. why must u behave like tt tt to us?
i will definitely write a "very good" feedback abt tt 2 wards during my evaluation.

I met W.C at NUH, he happened to be in tt ward too.
I had my first trial of male catheterization under his supervision.
He said tt we nurses will do a better job than them. cos they dont wash their hands (oops!)
But i didnt manage to get any backflow of urine.
eventually he tried to insert, but failed.
the uncle then sent for cystoscopy, for further evaluation of the cause.
msg shown as false passage.
the catheter was inserted with the aid of wire guide. Ouch.. so painful.
Now i understand the rationale, why male catheterization are to be done by doctors.
Dun tink tt male only got 1 hole and u will definitely get it there.
enlarged prostate are spongy. so it can be easily pock thru.
so msg to learn is do not underestimate any skills.
