Just finished my 3 days of night duty..
Tiring+++. Got 8 pt on hourly for the whole 3 days of my night.
answer call bell till my leg tired.
lucky we got 5th staff around.
I hope no one will ever think of removing the 5th staff, otherwise i will die FLAT.

my 2nd night, pt complain to me that he cant sleep. got "something" disturb him lo. either touch him or wad!! he asked me whether someone had died b4 in that bed..
hard to answer him, ya someone did passed away on tt bed b4.
I told him, i am not sure. dun wanna scared him n myself.
Luckily it was goin to be morning soon..

we take out our "i am new tag liao" means u are no more new!!
so sad, but kind of think back abt it, the tag dint help much in covering u when u make a mistake. sooner or later, u still got to take it out. so... hehehe

my 1st night, guo wei passed to wenli to top up the e trolley. I heard too.
but the whole night, i totally forgotten abt it, wenli too.
so noone top up till morning shift. when she takes over, she was not happy.
She can just approach me to top up the things, but she didnt.
its our fault obviously, i would have topped it up if i saw or remembered abt it.
really not to forget purposely.
tt night, we got so many ppl passed motion. even the walker pt also passed on the bed.
still got lots of things to do. we dint enjoy and shake our leg..
i hope to seek her understanding to us. not to blame or angry with her.
the next day kena qn by sis, why we dint top up.
sis ask st why she dint remind us. she as a senior staff should had remind us or otherwise top up the e trolley. this made her not happy.
she left the ETT introducer outside on the table and the e trolley is alre locked. st showed sis. but sis replied why u dint keep tis in, u shld have do it and not showing me her mistake.
st said if she were to be naughty she would have kept the thing...
sounds serious lo.. that was the commotion tt goin on on tt day la..

anyway, next time got to be more careful.. peace :-)
