yest, doin PN with SSN as my junior.
actually i am doin junior, but she wants me to take case.
she checked thru every documentation so thoroughly. qn lots of stuffs.
but we managed to finish passing report on time.
everything sounds fine, till we finish our ward meeting.
37's son flipped thru the clinical chart and found one of the sticky label of bed 36 pasted on 37's chart. he highlighted to my ssn, then my ssn flipped thru and said ok, she had alre checked thru and its only that page.he later on found out that the whole page of 36's sticky label was inside his father's chart and he saw my ssn was trying to paste over tt sticker with the correct one. he then said he wan to speak to the sister.
37's wife then started to check on 36's name and check against 36's headboard. then she found it was wrongly written. then she start to nag and complain.
she even brought up the matter that the fan was dirty, the dust will fly to the pt's food.
but it was alre cleaned up after she told us abt it.
she said the service here is very bad.
38 even added that we didnt answer when he press call bell.
aiyo, 1 woman is enough to rojak everything in and create a big issue.
we cant be attending call bell immediately, but we definitely will attend to him.


today his son is asking for the chart again. and he was asking why we charged his father 2 packet of diapers. after an explanation given, they told us not to anyhow charge the pt.
wad the!!!
today not happy. especially to benny. he really crap lo. take case but only concentrate on his PCR and it was not even done properly,
dint pass NEB to me, still got the gut to ask me whether given or not.
worse is he dint give, but he signed on the IMR?!?!?!?!?!
left exactly at 3. lots of stuff not yet done, pass over to his PN to complete.
afternoon meds not given also.
and its his LAST day tmr...
if he really pass his PRCP, i tink is magic lo.
not trying to be mean but its a fact. he really hack care lo.
pt pulled out cath today. wondering how she managed to do it.
CIC was not pass over by the other staff. in the end did my CIC at 3pm.
i feel tt certain impt things, in charge has to follow up by their own and not pass over to the othersunless u are leaving for break.
benny was like insulting his PN. he really too much..

thinking abt $, makes me feel headache.
