hooray!!!! completed my 3 days of ND liao..
Quite nice days....
1st night, 1 admission + had KFC
2nd night 2 admission
3rd night 2 admission plus 1 pt desat, sent to ICU + had Mac donald n dumpling

overall it was a good ones..

tis morning shocked to hear tt Mr Tan collapsed after i hand over to e morning staff.
Kind of expected this, but not so fast.......
I hope he can make it there.
used to find him irritating, cos he pressed bell every 5 mins.
subsequently the call bell getting lesser.
last night, he vomitted and was quite quiet.
when we did last turning for him, he was quite in a bad state alre.
feels real sad.
we actually provide TLC to him.
we really felt tt he is getting better.

my preceptor has left us.. she is a very joyful person.
although dint get to work with her most of the time, but i really admire her
cos she is very brave and speak up for the staff.
I love her so much.
she always said that she never teach me anything.
she is a real nice preceptor, hope she is doin fine there.
hopefully she wont regret of the decision that she made.
no matter wad ppl say abt her, she is still the same in my heart.
thanks a lot for the guidance.
I ll make u proud as a preceptor.
I hope tt i wont change to a bad nurse..

I am lazy at times. I promised to myself tt this wont be a reason for me not to be nice to my pt
