Recalling what had happened before my night duty...
had 2 deaths within 3 days of my shift.

1- desat my time, gasping till asystole end of my shift. breathe out the last breath and drooled out greenish fluid from his mouth. he is single. however, had a nice relatives. the niece cried very badly. kind of like envy the kind of relationship that they had.

2- throw fits and stared to the ceiling blankly in front of my eyes. did full active resuscitation all the way. shocked him 6x, adrenaline x8, atropine x4, gelofundin, sodium bicarbonate.
in the end, have to give up his life cos he is not responded to the treatment.
I am very sad at tt point of time.

i tot i have done my best to him, but i am wrong. his daughter very angry and scolded us cos she cant see him for the last time. felt terrible.
we did our best , contacted relatives.
instead of gratitude, what we get was scolding.
I noe that she felt terrible cos she cant see her dad.

anyway, finally he responded to my email after LONG period of time. he is in hawaii now.
happy to the max . KIV going for renal course.
