finished my ND liao..
I can say that this round is the heavist ND i ever had.
9 DIL out of 16 pt.
5 of them are for active mgt.
4 of them for wd mgt.
3 on CLC monitoring..
2 very ill pt that u have to spend most of ur time on them.
2 trachy pt, needing regular suctioning.. n
1 of my pt pressing call bell like everyone is there just for her presence..
damn busy, till u got no time to eat, end up having gastric pain.

these 2 wks, really makes me n other colleagues feel tired of goin to work..
am shift off work at 4+ close to 5, Pm shift ends at 11+ to 12. ND finished at 9+
it's chaotic..

scared to do ND, the workload is undescribeable
1 collapsed is enough to turn u upside down

rabbit cursed is in the air.
even the ox- me also got it.

saw 1 pt eating pau yest, haha.. n we reminded each other to pay close attention to each pt, just in case got pau curse..
i think hospital should put a notice, "pau is not allowed in the hospital "

some even take mc just to take a rest, didnt consider those colleagues who is on duty, work extra hard, cos she/he take mc...

n i cant believe it that next door only 14 pt. staff is surfing net. when u went to borrow things from them, they asked u to take urself..

hm...

even when sleeping, my dream is all abt high BP, pt collapsing.. resus..
hope this will end soon..
