Finally my health assessment is over. APN assignment also submitted. 2 downs.
I got Joelle as my assessor. haha.. so lucky.
Chief complaint of abdo pain. In the end my diagnosis are ascites and COPD.
anyway, it's over.
Thanks to u two who continuously giving me encouragement and support, listen to me when i am down without fail. Plan time to meet up with me. Thank you so much. I appreciate a lot.

Time flew fast. My exam timetable is out 8/4/2010 Psychosocial, 12/4/2010 Healthcare management (the most scary one), and lastly, 14/4/2010 (8669) nursing management.
cant wait to finish all this. But i am scared of the results too.
Next things to complete:
8670 test,
Leadership presentation,
palliative mgt presentation, and 3000 words lit r/v,
research proposal presentation and 3000 words written assignment.
After all this, no more coming to sch.
proceed to 1 more month of attachment in amk NKF and SGH
then 2 months on job training.
Finally, graduation!!!!
